Code of Conduct
There are eight ethics statements covering eight different areas that define TS Tech’s Code of Conduct which is based on
the TS Tech Philosophy. Those eight areas are:
- Providing Safe, Comfortable, and High-Quality Products and Services
- Human Rights and Work Environment
- Protection of the Environment
- Relationship with Society
- Compliance
- Protection of Company Assets and Information
- Fair and Clean Business Practices
- Proper Disclosure of Information
Each area has an organization-level directive and an individual-level directive. The organization-level
directives should always be kept in mind as the ethical norms of the organization. The individual-level directives
represent specific guidelines for every individual in the TS Tech Group to follow so that they always act
appropriately and with integrity.
